Doc offers budget van hire with a driver included.
Driver can load and/or unload items for additional costs

Van and driver hire

Hire fees from $60 +
Transit fees of $1/km

Hire fees include both van and driver. The fee is $60 unless the start or end distance of booking is more then 40kms from Golf Avenue, Mona Vale.
In this case each km from Golf Avenue, Mona Vale will be calculated at a $1.50 hire fee.
​For example if your start or finish is 60kms from Golf Avenue, Mona Vale (using Google Maps) then the hire fee will be $90.
​Fees are calculated based on the closest point to Golf Avenue, whether it be the start or end location of your booking.

​Transit fee is a set $1 per km travelled between loading and unloading stops.

Loading charges

$5 per item - additional $5 per item for each set of stairs

The driver can assist with loading and unloading dependent on items being able to be loading or unloading by a single person. Please see list below for some examples, and conditions.
If another person or persons are available and the driver assists with loading larger items, the loading charge will still apply for those items.
The vehicle may be loaded and/or unloaded by other parties. No liability is taken for any injury to other parties or damage to cargo during this time.

Single door fridge	Only single door, Stairs excluded for fridges.
Bed mattress up to Queen size	Stairs excluded for Queen size mattress
Bed bases	Must be dismantled
Box of items	As long as box weighs less than 20kgs, as many items as possible are allowed in box.

Vehicle Restrictions

The van is a single seat van and as such cannot transport persons other than the driver.
The van is 2.5 metres high which will restrict some parking options, especially apartment blocks without loading bays.
